Dominik has been working as an associate at Nogolica law office since March 2021. He graduated in 2018 and holds a Master’s degree in French and European Law from Paris 2, Panthéon-Assas Faculty of Law. He previously obtained a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the Catholic University of Lyon and a Master in International Private Law at Lyon 2, Lumière Faculty of Law. He began his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, after which he completed the International and European Legal Studies Programme at the University of Antwerp.

Before joining our office, Dominik interned and worked both in Croatia and abroad. He began his internship in the corporate law department at the headquarters of bioMérieux, after which he worked in Croatia, France and Belgium in renowned law firms, mainly in dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration. He afterwards worked in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia and was a member of the Working Party on Civil Law Matters (General Questions) at the Council of the EU. He also participated in the activities of UNCITRAL working parties related to cross-border bankruptcy proceedings and judicial sale of ships.

In his career, Dominik has mainly focused on arbitration and litigation and dispute resolution with cross-border elements. As part of our office, Dominik specializes in company, commercial, civil and administrative law.

In addition to his native Croatian, Dominik is fluent and is a permanent court interpreter for English and French.
