Ljiljana Nogolica has more than three decades of experience in the legal profession, specializing in litigation proceedings. As a legal representative, she has worked with numerous clients, including the City of Zagreb, which she represented from 2007 to 2018 in more than 1,000 individual litigation disputes. During that period, she became one of the most experienced attorneys for real estate disputes in Croatia.
In addition to this, Ljiljana advises numerous domestic and foreign clients—both individuals and companies—in the areas of land registry law, investments, and other matters related to real estate.
Ljiljana Nogolica is one of only two accredited experts for the liquidation of financial institutions in the Republic of Croatia. In this capacity, she frequently represents financial and credit institutions in disputes against creditors, further confirming her expertise and professionalism in complex legal matters related to the financial sector.
In addition to her native Croatian, Ljiljana is fluent in English.
