Toni Nogolica is a lawyer at Nogolica Law Office. He advises domestic and foreign clients, primarily in the sectors of real estate, construction and energy law. Toni also advises clients in all aspects of commercial, contract and labor law, as well as in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Tony deals with commercial arbitration and has experience in arbitration proceedings under the most common rules, including ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL. He is a member of the ICC Arbitration Commission and the ADR for Croatia. Toni also sits as a secretary to arbitration tribunals in complex international disputes, and is listed as an arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (SAS HGK) and other international arbitration centers. He is a member of many professional organizations in the field of commercial arbitration and has published several articles in Croatian legal journals.
He has lived and worked in Spain, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Croatia. He obtained a master's degree in law from the Zagreb Faculty of Law, and completed his postgraduate studies at the prestigious SciencesPo in Paris, where he completed his studies in transnational arbitration and dispute settlement.
In addition to his native Croatian, Toni is fluent in English and French, and speaks Spanish.
